Stephen McQuade was initially engaged by the insurer of the school to assist in relation to a dispute regarding the roof of a newly constructed sports hall building which was still to be handed over by the contractor. The roof was investigated, the defects with the roof identified and the matter was resolved at conciliation.

Subsequently we provided the school with Project Management, PSDP and Civil/Structural Engineering services in the replacement of the defective sports hall roof; drainage upgrades; building services upgrades and a full refurbishment of all school toilet facilities. The works were completed in 2018.
