Data Collection

To provide you with the service and advice you have requested, we will need to obtain a certain amount of personal data. The basis of the data collection will be based on our standard Contract of Service and the Terms of Business Agreement we have with you. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee the services we have agreed to provide you with.

 

We will not be able to provide the service requested unless we have received all of the information and data.

 

Occasionally we will need to share your data with other consulting Engineers, Architects, and other related Professionals, as well as Insurance Companies, Loss Adjusters and Insurance Professionals when advising on insurance-related claims and in connection with any expert witness work undertaken.

 

We may be requested to furnish certain personal data relating to a legal investigation and in other instances to comply with our Statutory Legal Obligations.

 

In the event that we will require to share your information with any other third parties, we will obtain your specific and implicit consent unless it has been specifically agreed in our original contact.

 

All of the personal data and all other data collected will only be used for the lawful purpose of providing our range of services as outlined in your web page and are based on a contractual basis as opposed to consent.
