Apex Swimming Pool

Stephen McQuade was contacted by the Local Authority following a roof failure to their newly constructed swimming pool building. Stephen investigated and reported on the cause of the failure; negotiated with the stakeholders; reviewed proposals to repair the building; and provided Client Representative services during the repair works. We also assisted Wexford County Council in relation to discussions between insurance companies and the recovery of costs.
