Hunterswood

We are providing ongoing structural engineering services to the Owners Management Company at Hunterswood during the investigation and the remediation of defective timber balconies at this residential development in Ballycullen, Dublin 24.

Phases 1 and 2 of the balcony works has been completed.

We are also currently acting as lead consultant on further work phases. The services being provided includes the preparation of tender documentation and pricing documents; acting as PSCS; project management; and contract administration.
