2HQ were engaged by the Owners Management Company in 2017 to provide expert engineering services in relation to a range of building defects which included water ingress; glazing defects; roofing defects; and fire safety. Working with the other experts retained by the client, we prepared an overall expert report on all of the issues, which is being used by the client’s legal advisory in an ongoing recovery action.

We have been assisting our client in relation to an insurance claim under the Premier Guarantee latent defects insurance policy, which is also ongoing.

We have been project managing phases of glazing replacement works, and are also providing PSDP services. The first two phases are complete, with Phase 3 due to commence Q1 2023.
