Newbaze Factory

2HQ were engaged by Walls Construction, the design & build contractor, to provide civil and structural engineering services in relation to refurbishment and fit-out works of an existing factory building. The building was previously used for manufacturing and was being converted into a baby food processing facility.

We provided designs for new internal steelwork mezzanine; internal cold room walls and ceilings support structures; support structure for new plant; design of high jumbo stud partitions and support structure; new roller shutter door openings; alterations to external yard slab and docking pits; and walkways suspended from the roof.

The works were completed in 2019.
