Conrad Hotel

We have provided structural engineering services across several projects at The Conrad Hotel. We have prepared structural engineering designs and provided construction stage services in relation to a section of new infill floor to Lemuel’s Bar; structural alterations to the Entrance Lobby; new guardings and balustrades; upgrades to the bedroom block; and new openings in load bearing walls. We have also provided engineering advice on issues in the hotel such as cracking and water ingress.
