2HQ were appointed by the Church to investigate and advise on cracking in the Church Hall and Accommodation Building. We worked closely with the Conservation Architect to design and implement a schedule of repairs to this Protected Structure. The repairs included underpinning foundations using micro-piles; brickwork repairs; crack stitching; and drainage repairs.

It was established that foundation subsidence had occurred and we also assisted the client in relation to an insurance claim under the Buildings Insurance Policy. We liaised with the appointed insurance company Loss Adjuster; agreed the specification of the works; tendered & procured the works; agreed costs; administered the contract; and provided PSDP services. The works were completed in 2019.
