2HQ are providing ongoing Civil and Structural Engineer services in relation to this exciting new mixed use residential development in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow. The development is currently at planning stage for an initial 56 units, in this multi phased development. It is expected that on completion, this multi phased development will extend to c.270 residential units, with additional community and commercial buildings being provided to benefit the larger Kilcoole area.
At this initial stage, 2HQ design priorities have related to site infrastructure (SUDS, FOUL, WATER), including upgrades to the existing foul pumping stations in association with Irish Water and design of the traffic interlinks with the adjoining Kilcoole main street.
The expected construction start date is 2024.
