2HQ provided civil, structural and traffic services for this 51-unit residential development. The development comprises a mix of houses and duplexes. The development was constructed on a former convent / brown field site.

The planning permission obtained for the development (prior to 2HQ involvement) proposed a pumped stormwater solution due to difficult site topography. We negotiated an alternative stormwater outfall solution to a nearby combined sewer with Dublin City Council which meant that pumping was not required. The construction was completed in 2018.
