2HQ are providing structural, civil and traffic engineering services in relation to this development consisting of 39 apartments over basement carpark; 20 housing units; and the refurbishment of the existing mews and stable buildings to provide further residential accommodation.
The construction works are ongoing.
The site infrastructure works included a 310m off-site foul connection through the existing Cherrygarth development and pipe-jacking the final section of outfall pipe under an existing area of parkland to avoid disruption to the park. This aspect of the project required significant co-ordination between all stakeholders, including Irish Water and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council.
